We provide administrative and document-preparation support for immigration and federal filings.
We are not attorneys, and we do not provide legal advice, legal interpretation, or legal representation.
The following disclosures are required under federal and Texas law.
1. Federal Law — Allowed Non-Legal Assistance
Under U.S. federal regulations, non-attorney assistants are permitted to help with clerical and administrative immigration tasks, as long as they do not represent themselves as attorneys.

✔ 8 CFR §1003.102: Non-legal assistance is permitted when no legal advice is given.
✔ INA Sec. 274A: Assistance is allowed as long as we do not present ourselves as attorneys or accredited representatives.
We do not submit G-28 forms and do not represent clients before any federal agency.
